"ZEF"
When talking about the Zef subculture, it must be taken into account that it originated in South Africa. This term was originally used in a derogatory way to refer to poor, white South Africans. In other words, this subculture included those who were ignorant or disadvantaged. Today, when we speak of the ZEF, we refer to those who have cultural factors in common and live in slums, leaving aside their origin based mainly on race.
"SHANGAAN TSONGA"
The subculture called "shangaan tsonga" is also native to South Africa. This community represents the basis of South African culture. In its beginnings, it adopted different customs from other communities or tribes living in the country. The main thing about this subculture is its structure and the way they lead their lifestyle. Each house belongs to a family, in which the women do the housework and the men hunt and collect food. This tribe has been present for many years in South Africa and has become one of the best known and most important in the country. Since it gathers all the values, beliefs and culture of what symbolizes the first inhabitants or the origins of South Africa.
